Thanks to the hard work of the JESPA negotiations team all ESPs received a 5.6% increase to their overall salaries on their September paycheck. The team worked hard last year to negotiate a raise that would apply to all ESPs.
The negotiations team also took into account increasing starting salaries to help encourage new people to come to work for Jeffco and fill the vacancies that we are currently experiencing in many ESP positions.
