Participate in your union! The JESPA General Membership meeting and contract ratification vote will be held June 4th at 5pm. We are finalizing the location. Come learn about the business of JESPA and be more involved as an active member. Our current Negotiated Agreement expires this year in August. Our JESPA negotiations team has been working diligently to negotiate priority issues for Education Support Professionals, including our wages, benefits, and working conditions. The JESPA Negotiations team will present the “Tentative Agreement” to the JESPA membership for an official vote called “ratification.” The Negotiated Agreement remains tentative until ratified by the JESPA membership and the Jeffco School Board.
