The JESPA Negotiated Agreement expires on August 31, 2019
The 2019 Negotiations session marks an opportunity to look at the entire Negotiated Agreement to determine areas where we can make improvements, changes that need to be made and new things we can add to improve working conditions for ESPs.
The JESPA Negotiations Team has spent the past month preparing for negotiations. We have been meeting every week reviewing our current agreement, looking at other agreements, receiving training on bargaining and gathering input from members across the District. We will continue our work through December and will officially start bargaining on January 14th.
