We are getting ready to head back to the bargaining table! We are currently looking for interested and passionate members who will stand up for all Education Support Professionals. Per the JESPA bylaws change in 2018, ANY member may serve on the JESPA Negotiations Committee.
We are looking for both negotiators who can sit both at the table and organizers who will help advise the team and organize member engagement as Contract Action Team members. We are not negotiating the FULL agreement, but we do have important issues that we can bring to the table this year, including compensation, which we negotiate every year.

Applicants should commit to an online training course to begin after being accepted, as well as attending a 3-day statewide bargaining training on November 14-16. We will request that you are released for association business and compensated for your time missed to attend training.
