This morning, JESPA’s bargaining team made a counter-proposal to the district. Last week, the district proposed a 3% one-time bonus, which is not enough for Jeffco’s low wage, front line workers. The JESPA Team submitted the following proposal: An ongoing step starting at the midyear point, a 2% Cost of Living Adjustment $2,069,934, 2% one-time
