The JESPA General Membership meeting will be held on Thursday, June 22nd. At this meeting, we will review the tentative agreement reached in bargaining and open for ratification.
We will also hold a bargaining debrief and strategy/planning session prior to the General Membership meeting. This debrief will be to review this year’s bargaining as a whole and to help establish our next steps.

We’ll be discussing our collective bargaining priorities and strategy as we prepare for the upcoming bargaining season. JESPA Members overwhelmingly voted to ratify the Tentative Agreement with 98% YES votes. The next step is for the Jeffco Board of Education to adopt the Agreement as well. Once that happens, the Collective Bargaining Agreement will be in effect on September 1st. We will let you know when that board meeting is scheduled.
