The Benefits Advisory Committee (BAC) meets monthly to discuss and make recommendations regarding Jeffco’s benefits structure and offerings. JESPA has three representatives on the committee: Sarah McClintock, JCEAOP President; Sarah Smith, JCPK President; and Zander Kaschub, JESPA President.
