Paraprofessionals work hard every day to ensure that students receive the extra help they need in the classroom, are safe on the playground, are tended to in the clinic and many, many other important duties!
Until now, Parapros were only paid for 5 holiday while all other ESPs received 6 paid holidays. The Negotiations Team advocated strongly to add that additional paid holiday for all parapros and were met with success!
