Thanks to the hard work of the JESPA negotiations team all ESPs received a 5.6% increase to their overall salaries on their September paycheck. The team worked hard last year to negotiate a raise that would apply to all ESPs. The negotiations team also took into account increasing starting salaries to help encourage new people
